Very poor customer service at Valley Hi Toyota in Victorville.
On March 20, 2026 (around 5:40 PM–8:00 PM), I sat at their charging station for nearly 2 hours and only got about 15% charge. There were multiple salespeople standing nearby the entire time, and not one of them greeted us or offered help.
They even admitted they saw us leave and come back, so they were fully aware of us and still chose to ignore us.
Only after I asked did they tell me this is one of their slowest chargers and that a faster one is nearby—information that could have saved us hours.

Went in about a month ago to look at the 4Runners. Found what we were looking for so my boyfriend worked with the team to trade in our old car and get the 4Runner. Process was pretty normal for buying a car.
My suggestion is to get preapproved with your preferred bank and get the rate and payment you want. They will try to give you a crazy high rate right out the gate. You will have to work with them to get someone even remotely resonable and even then it not great.

Beware! Beware! Apparently Jose (they’ve got 3 so can’t tell you which one) is giving astronomical sight on scene service estimates without hooking up cars up to any sort of device. There’s no cost breakdown. Talk about taking advantage of customers. Let’s see if the manager calls back. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
It was a pretty fast deal,they were very friendly and the best part I really liked this vehicle.

I often share your company's location with friends, family, and acquaintances. When I find out they're visiting another dealer in the area; I make sure to mention to them Valley High Toyota: they must visit, and I remember them saying; yes, we know you have a Toyota and you continue buying them over and over, they must be good cars; because, we never hear you complain about yours.
Service was excellent. Sales staff know the cars and the functions of the car. They are very patient and explain the functions of the car very well… even the second time.
The assistance I received from both Leslie and Jose along with the entire staff was excellent. Each person I inquired of went the extra mile to ensure I walked out with the car of my choice to fit my budget. Leslie and Jose obtain five stars from me!
Need bigger inventory to choose from so you make a better decision on such high price cars.

They have failed us so many times. We have purchased three cars from them and the service department experience is the worst. I dread taking my car in for service. The clearly don't care about your your time or what time they give you. They are careless. They took our money and never completed the part and service we paid for. They have not contacted us to complete the order. This is the worst dealership I have ever used. There management still have not contacted about how they can complete our order that we is paid.
Honestly at first I was ready to write a 5 star review for this dealer but I am giving them 1. I have had not 1 but 2 bad experiences to talk about. I think what has upset me the most is that I have sent 3 of my own clients out here to buy a Toyota rav 4 prime and had no issues whatsoever and I still recommend this dealer unless they pull what they did to me. Let me start off by saying I think people are taking the alarm system and vehicle protection they have installed on their vehicles as a "markup". I just bought my truck last night and there was no mark up. The only thing is they do charge for 2 added services. An after market alarm that lets you monitor the car from your phone and vehicle protection. OVERALL my experience was EXCELLENT here. This Mike Purporro feels the way to do business is to continue to ignore customer who leaves phone messages to call back which he never does and they have this lady who gives the wrong information about a persons coverage and hangs up the phone and I spend good money buying a new car from these guys in the past and this is how I am treated well I made a complaint to Toyota headquarters about this
I never thought I would be in a place to get a new 2020 Tacoma! But it happened. We ran the numbers and my savings were amazing! So glad I took the chance. It doesn't hurt to give Valley Hi Toyota a shot!
A vehicle was taken here and the dealer failed to properly secure the tires on the vehicle. The vehicle was released to the customer and the customer operated the vehicle on the freeway. The entire wheel of the vehicle came off and struck my mom's vehicle and totaled her vehicle and injured her. Valley-Hi has failed to provide fail compensation despite having a video confirmation of putting the wheels on the subject vehicle right before the incident occurred. This is poor service all around.

I bring my 07 Carolla to get service here. Tyler is great in getting me checked in and out, pounting any recommendations made by the mechanic. Other service personnel have assisted me as well and showm me ch the same level of courtesy and professionalism.

Last month I purchased a truck from Valley-Hi, and the experience was overall pretty decent. After the fact, I found myself testing the features of my new truck (like anyone would), and one in particular I cannot get to work. A safety feature called steering assist, or something of the like, thats supposed to auto-correct drifting into lanes. I later found out via an e-mail about features, that this is not included.

Sales staff knew the routine.... as painless as buying a car can be.... I bought the best Truck on the lot! It had a couple small scratches. If Valley Hi Toyota in Victorville gets the scratches fixed as they promised... then I will give the team 10 gold stars! We showed up at 8:00 "Just to look"... and they were able to put together a deal... the staff stayed until 11:00pm to git'r'done..... I will keep this truck until it is a rusty smudge in the driveway!

Service department are organize and excellent service. We test drive my car and the technician explained to me about the ABS of the car. Happy with my prius! I just hope they apply 50,000 miles warranty service for my prius. Because its already 30,900 miles and its out of the pocket warrant now.

Went to local dealership to purchase a vehicle instead of driving “down the hill” and was pleasantly surprised. Level of service, selection, ease of the process were beyond my expectations. Everyone from sales person and the manager, to finance people were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the whole process easy, pleasant, and efficient, yet not rushed. They took their time to answer all of my questions, and really treated us like family. I will Definitely work with them in the future.

I bought my Tundra from texas and it is flex fuel, I got my first service from toyota of Stockton and for some reason they forgot to do my oil change for my 1st maintenance. I was able to get my oil change done in Valley Hi Toyota with the help of Jacky. Though it took them a little long, it was completely understandable because it was saturday means it was really busy day. Side note: Im in the military and that should explains why I got my first maintenance in Stockton and Valley Hi

It took us less then an hour to come to an agreement. It took us 6 hours to do paper work, 5 hours of it was just literally sitting around waiting for the finance guys and managers to do their job. We arrived at the dealership around 11:30 and did not leave until 6pm. We were treated extremely well by the salesperson, Logan did an amazing job keeping us entertained for the 6 hours. My family had a really great experience working with William from fleet, he worked very hard to get us the car of our dreams. Even though the car was not available on the lot, William from Valley-Hi fleet was able to make it happen and get the car with the correct, exterior color and indoor color. My Experience was great. I was moved to the front of the line by Ron when it was discovered that there was not enough drivers to shuttle me home and back for the 3 plus hours needed for the repair. I was out of there in a little more than an hour. The atmosphere is great with 4 different TV stations on different monitors to choose from while I waited. I have taken my 2009 tundra for oil changes..well long story short they were taking my money and not doing the oil changes...I decided to do my own and found out I had only 2 quartz of old oil and a bad filter..the oil filter housing was seized on there and was a nightmare to get off....I am truly suprised my truck was still running....I would never go back there nor recommend this dealership....this place is a joke!! They got 1 star because I had to choose one..otherwise they wouldn't get a dam thing!!!
Very disappointed with the service department. DISHONEST with their promotions and very pricey.
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and was quoted 54 dollars for an oil change. I asked about rotating the tires and was told it would be an additional 40 dollars but included a brake and multi point inspection. 90+ dollars for an oil change and standard service?!? The Ford dealership provides the same service (oil change, multi-point inspection + tire rotation) for approximately 45 dollars and any Goodyear or Firestone does the same thing for about 32 dollars.
