Valley Hi Toyota monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19)

To Our Valued Customer:

Valley Hi Toyota and the entire Browning Automotive Group is committed to the health and safety of our team members and guests. It is our top priority. As we continue to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we offer you this insight about our current dealership protocols. Here are additional steps we are taking to protect our team members and customers in all of our stores:

• Significantly increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, especially high-use surface areas.

• Sanitizing the lounge area every hour and upon the exiting of customers. We will also provide additional cleaning upon request.

• Temporarily removing our complimentary snacks for customer waiting areas; however, they are available upon request.

• Limiting close and personal contact like handshaking and high-fives. Instead, we are greeting customers with smiles.

• Our team members are frequently washing their hands.

• In an effort to keep new vehicles sanitary, we are requiring all employees to wear protective gloves on test drives, and gloves will be offered to customers for test drives.

• We ask that customers do their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and seasonal disease by following guidance available on the CDC.gov website.
