Purchasing a new Toyota from Valley Hi Toyota automatically enrolls you in the ToyotaCare plan. ToyotaCare provides complimentary regularly scheduled maintenance for two years of 25,000 miles, whichever comes first.  It also provides free 24-hour roadside assistance with unlimited mileage.

No Cost Maintenance

For two years or 25,000 miles after your new car purchase, you will not have to pay a penny in maintenance. Included in the schedule maintenance are:

  • Engine Oil and Filter Change
  • Tire Rotation
  • Multi-point Inspection
  • Inspection and adjustment of fluid levels. 

Maintenance schedules can vary by model, but in general, if you put on 25,000 miles within the time period and kept up with your maintenance schedule with the Valley Hi service Center, this amounts to two free oil and filter changes and five tire rotations, inspections, and fluid adjustments. 

Have these services performed by Valley Hi Toyota, and you can be guaranteed your car will be worked on by a trained Toyota technician, and if you stay with us during the service, we promise you comfortable seating, Wi-Fi access, television as well as water and coffee. To make scheduling accommodate your schedule, our service department is open seven days a week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays.

2-Year 24-Hour Roadside Assistance

The reliability of a Toyota is probably one of the reasons you purchased one, but mistakes and unexpected circumstances can happen, and if they involve your Toyota, you have help, no matter where you are.  The services provided by the ToyotaCare 24-Hour Roadside include:

  • Battery Jump Start
  • Tire Service – Replacing a damaged tire with your spare
  • Lockout Protection – Getting you in and on your way after having been locked out of the car.
  • Winching – This includes extrication from any ditch, mud, sand, or snow that is  immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard service equipment.
  • Emergency Fuel Delivery – You will be up to three gallons to get you to a gas station.
  • Towing – If your Toyota has a problem that cannot be remedied on-location, you will receive a free tow to the nearest Toyota dealership, or if it is within 25 miles of that nearest dealer, a dealership of your choice, which of course we hope will be Valley Hi Toyota.
