2026 Toyota GR Supra

Performance   

The 2026 GR Supra features a 3.0-liter twin-scroll single-turbo inline-6 that produces 382 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via either a 6-speed manual or a ZF 8-speed automatic. In testing by Car and Driver, the GR Supra 3.0 reached 60 mph in 3.7 seconds with the 8-speed auto and 3.9 seconds with the manual.  

Toyota offers 2026 GR Supra drivers the ultimate in enthusiast-level engagement. Drivers can select between Normal, Sport, and Individual driving modes. The different driving modes work in conjunction with AVS, or Adaptive Variable Suspension, which uses sensors that analyze the driving inputs and road surfaces to adjust the shocks and dampers. The MkV Final Edition offers larger front and rear brakes compared to the 3.0 and 3.0 Premium models.  

Exterior  

Sports cars should look fast even when parked at a traffic light or in a driveway. The style should say to you that it is always ready to go. Toyota’s designers went the extra mile to craft a head-turning and functional exterior style. The 2026 GR Supra looks like a sports car; it looks fast just sitting still.   

The signature styling includes elegant and functional 2-row, 6-lens LED headlights. Daytime running lights are standard and use the bottom row of LEDs to shine, while all six light up nice and bright at night. Beautiful and artistic LED taillights appear as if they have been sculpted into the rear of the car to make for a more dramatic style. There is no need to compromise visibility and safety.    

One of the first things anyone will notice about the 2026 GR Supra is the wheels. All models wear 19-inch lightweight forged aluminum wheels, while the MkV Final Edition gets a set of 19-inch matte black-finished wheels.  

In addition, the MkV Final Edition adds a carbon fiber ducktail spoiler, front splats, and mirror caps. You can add a GT4-Style package, bringing more racing-inspired style to the 2026 GR Supra. That package includes Toyota Gazoo Racing red-painted carbon-fiber mirror caps, GT4 exterior graphics, and a wind-buffeting kit. 

Interior  

Just because a sports car only has two seats doesn’t mean it needs to be cramped and a terrible place to be. No, the 2026 GR Supra was created to be a car you can live with every day as your sole mode of transportation, your track car, your weekend car, the date night mobile, everything.  

Each and every part of the interior has been carefully designed to be both sporty and functional. Sitting in the race car-like but comfortable bucket seats, the driver is given excellent visibility and pertinent information via the 8.8-inch digital gauge cluster display. The tachometer is three-dimensional and is shown front and center, so you know exactly when you need to shift while also displaying the gear you are in. To the left and right are digital gauge pods you can customize to see the information you need most. Whether you want your speed, fuel economy, range, etc., you can pick between them.   

While power seats are standard, 14-way adjustable power seats are optional to give the driver and passenger maximum comfort. Side-mounted leather knee pads also help to give everyone a comfortable place to rest their legs.   

As your hands wrap around the leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, you will notice the elegant wheel-mounted paddle shifters for cars equipped with an automatic transmission. These help you have total control of your Supra, whether on back roads or out on the racetrack.   

Standard 3.0 models and the MkV Final Edition have Alcantara and leather seating surfaces, while 3.0 Premium has all-leather trimmed seats in either black or hazelnut.  

Technology   

All 2026 GR Supra models are available with Supra Connect, which adds navigation to the standard 8.8-inch touchscreen display, Automatic Emergency Call, Real-Time Traffic Information, and Roadside Assistance. The Supra Connect iPhone app allows owners to lock and unlock the doors and activate the Ventilation Now and Ventilation Timer settings. A 12-speaker 500W JBL sound system is also featured when selecting Supra Connect. Wireless Apple CarPlay is standard on cars with Supra Connect. 

Those who want to avoid taking their eyes off the road can also opt for a Head-Up Display that shows the vehicle’s speed and navigation information.   

Safety  

Safety is a major priority of all Toyota models, and the 2026 GR Supra is no different. Standard safety features include Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, Brake Assist, Automatic High Beams, and Speed Limit Information. Front and rear parking sensors are also available.   

The Driver Assist Package adds Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA), and Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) on automatic models.
