How the Toyota Land Cruiser compares with the Ford Bronco, Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender for drivers in Victorville and across the High Desert.
The Toyota Land Cruiser is a body-on-frame SUV with full-time four-wheel drive and a hybrid powertrain, built to balance trail capability with a refined cabin. It uses the i-FORCE MAX hybrid, the only powertrain offered.
The 2027 Land Cruiser comes in two grades, the retro-styled Land Cruiser 1958 and the Land Cruiser. For 2027, Toyota has added an available High Mounted Air Intake, available heated and ventilated second-row outboard seats, and a new exterior color called Inked.
This guide compares the Land Cruiser with three rivals: the Ford Bronco, the Jeep Wrangler and the Land Rover Defender.
